it's really about say goodbye to gloomy autumn/winter, and just relax and enjoy beautiful spring/summer. it can be loose or fit, but has to be short! short proportion is one of the main key. body-concious element allows weman to show sexyness as a female, also light fabric can creats softness and litheness.
